Is there zero VOC, exterior stain availlable? |
|
Yes. There are many new products for various exterior surfaces that have zero VOCs and low odor. |

My home was previously stained with a low VOC water-based stain. Do you have a water-based exterior stain? I've been told that I can only use a water based transparent stain over this coating. |

You will either have to re-stain with a water-based stain or strip off the old coating. We are experienced with water-based, exterior transparent stains, and have several durable products available. |

Are zero VOC paints and stains as durable as low VOC paints and stains? |
|
For interior surfaces, yes. They may require some additional application time, however. For exterior surfaces, it depends on your individual project. Contact us today for a free site assessment. |

Can I request a hand-brushed exterior finish?? |
|
In many cases we will normally recommend a hand-brushed finish. Not only does this use fewer resources and reduce the impact on the surroundings, but we can achieve a more uniform finish at a very small increase in price. |
